High Reason Rental Rates

Low Season Rental Rates
- April 1st though December 14th
- Rate for 2 people
- $150/night
- 3 nights minimum stay
Taxes
All rates subject to 13.416% Hawaii tax
Check In/Out
- Check in time 3:00 p.m.
- Check out time before 11:00 a.m.
- Late checkout must be approved in advance and my be subject to additional charges
Deposit
A security deposit of $150 is required within five (5) days after confirmation to avoid cancellation. Your security deposit is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days after your departure date if no damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges are incurred.
Cancellation fee
Cancellation fee will be $50. If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival date, the cancellation fee will be $150 or the cost of the accommodations for three nights, whichever is less.
